in Naturalmente
- we welcome who wants to organize events with us
-you can plan an event with us
while staying in Naturalmente
- or doing
the planning and organizing from where
you live
and come just for the event
A succesful event (min 10 participants),
can give credit for a month Living in Naturalmente,
for free, with meals and living expenses included.
and eventually have some extra income for your personal use
So ideally you can Live in a place that you enjoy,
while doing what you Love...
if a facilitator wishes to stay in Naturalmente before the event,
(s)he needs
to cover his/her expenses
and if the event you organize is successful,
then you can stay at Naturalmente for free for a month,
and you can receive revenue from the event
that eventually covers your expenses, and ideally have some extra for your personal use.
So ideally you can Live in a place that you enjoy,
while doing what you Love...

- 2 weeks planning & Launching event
- 2 weeks - promoting & marketing
And if you want to stay long term,
you can apply to become Resident member
where organizing regular events could be the source of income /exchange
for Living in Naturalmente for Free

Organization of the event
- Preparing meals
Every event organization team is responsible
for coordinating the event’s meal preparation
(eg - assigning at least one person responsible for each of these tasks):
– buying ingredients, organizing cooking teams, preparing healthy snacks&6
teas, assuring everything is clean and washed after each meal, etc
(or if decided that everyone brings food to share (vegetarian),
Organizing
/coordinating what to be brought,
and assure that all that is needed is prepared
(eg backup meals/fruit snacks, etc)
- Organizing space
- every event organization team is responsible for organizing, preparing cleaning and tiding before and after the event, (including cleaning the house if it was open for the event)
(and
assuring the washing/ cleaning after each meal is done)
(or delegating someone to be responsible for that)
