The practice of Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of touching Life
deeply in every moment of daily life;
while we are sitting, walking, eating, drinking tea and even working.
When we are practicing mindfulness,
our mind does not hang on to the past nor worry about the future;
instead, it is fully conscious
of what is happening in the present moment.
Every step taken in Mindfulness
cultivates peace and joy within and around us,
as we free ourselves from our fears, anxieties, anger and confusion.
Living deeply is possible any time;
we just have to make ourselves available to
the wonders of the present moment.
