Regularly we can make a Feelings and Emotions expression circle,
where anyone can express what they are feeling,
and everyone is committing into non-judgment,
and not feeling offended,
and if the person is receptive,
we are invited to mirror back
what she/he expresses,
how we feel the energy, what feelings we receive,
what we See being expressed, (without judgment or interpretation),
- if there is Ego or Love being expressed …
(this way we can boost our evolutionary process,
understanding , in a fast way, if our actions are coming
from the ego or based on Love,
and committing ourselves to evolve consciously...
